Associate Attorney
Ryan is an attorney with Holley & Menker, P.A. and practices in the areas of intellectual property prosecution and counseling, licensing and litigation, particularly in the sports and entertainment industries.
Ryan’s practice encompasses all aspects of trademark prosecution, including clearance, registration, policing and enforcement. He routinely counsels clients on issues surrounding selection, registration, licensing and protection of trademarks, trade names, slogans and domain names.
Ryan also has extensive experience in all aspects of civil litigation, especially in the areas of trademark and unfair competition, copyright, rights of publicity, domain names and consumer protection. He has litigated disputes in federal and state courts nationwide, as well as before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Prior to joining Holley & Menker, P.A., Ryan was Associate General Counsel, Intellectual Property for Fanatics, Inc. Prior to Fanatics, Ryan spent over 13 years practicing in the intellectual property, litigation and sports law practice groups of several notable Silicon Valley law firms.
